Factory Visits and Goods Inspection Before Your Order Ships

A low price is useless if the logo is crooked or the cartons are short. Before an order leaves Yiwu, we can visit the factory and inspect the goods. You do not have to send your own staff to Zhejiang.

Factory visit

For a new supplier, we look at the workshop before the bulk order starts. We check that they can actually make the item, not only show a sample bought from someone else. We look at the print setup, the packing line and whether they can hold the quantity and the date.

This is our own check, done in Yiwu. It is not a paid certificate from SGS or another lab. If your company requires a third-party audit report, tell us and we arrange that separately.

Goods inspection

When the bulk order is finished, we inspect before shipping:

  • Logo position, color and spelling
  • Quantity against the order
  • Defects in a sample of the cartons
  • Packing: bags, header cards, barcodes and carton marks

You get photos. If a batch fails, it does not ship until it is corrected or we agree a solution with you.

When to ask for this

Ask for a factory visit on the first order with a new item. Ask for inspection on every bulk shipment. Both are easier to do while the goods are still in Yiwu than after they arrive at your warehouse.
