How to Order Custom Pens and Gifts from Yiwu

A custom pen or gift order from Yiwu is four steps: quote, sample, bulk, inspection. You approve the sample before we start the large run.

1. Send the brief

Tell us the item, quantity, logo and destination. We quote the unit price, the sample cost and the freight. Freight for a bulk order is quoted separately, because it depends on the port and the carton size.

2. Approve a sample

The sample uses your logo on a real piece, not a mockup only. Sample lead time is about 10 days after the artwork is confirmed. You check the color, the print and the shape. If something is wrong, we correct it before production.

3. Place the bulk order

Bulk lead time is about 15 to 20 days after the sample is approved and the deposit is in. Minimums depend on the item:

  • Pens: 5,000 pcs
  • Squishy toys: 3,000 pcs
  • Plush gifts: 1,000 pcs
  • Other office stationery: 1,000 pcs

A lower quantity is sometimes possible. Ask. The unit price will be higher.

4. We check the goods, then ship

Before the cartons leave Yiwu, we check logo, color, quantity and packing. Photos go to you. If you need a formal third-party report, say so when you order and we arrange it.
